Friends of RCHS

Friends of Richmond Community High School is a 501c3, non-profit organization that supports the unique learning opportunities offered to the students of Richmond Community High School (RCHS). Friends of RCHS was founded by the RCHS Advisory Board, which has been in place for over forty years to support the school's administration through professional advisement and collaboration.

Friends of RCHS was established to coordinate community members interested in the continued success of the students of Richmond Community High School and to support the school through programs, with volunteers, and through fundraising. Friends of RCHS focuses on activities that help the school meet its strategic goals. Dedicated to preserving the school's commitment to experiential learning, Friends of RCHS helps to sponsor programs like Freshman Orientation and Minimesters. Funds raised for the school are distributed to programs that are unfunded or underfunded through the Richmond Public Schools budget.
